I had an outstanding experience working with Dawn! She was truly there for every step of the process, and it’s clear she genuinely enjoys touring homes and helping clients find the right fit. She handled all communication with the builders, other agents, and the HOA, which made the entire experience so much easier on my end. Even after closing, she continues to follow up with the HOA on our behalf and consistently goes above and beyond. She always knew the right questions to ask and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. I’m grateful for her dedication and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, proactive, and client‑focused realtor!

Dawn was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I went into this process knowing very little about real estate, and she was so patient and took the time to explain every detail in a way we could truly understand. She never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed, and sat with me through a breakdown (or 2!) along the way. She even came to closing with us today for our dream beach house, which meant so much to us.
