Dawn was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I went into this process knowing very little about real estate, and she was so patient and took the time to explain every detail in a way we could truly understand. She never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed, and sat with me through a breakdown (or 2!) along the way. She even came to closing with us today for our dream beach house, which meant so much to us. Dawn is not just an incredible real estate agent — she is genuinely a friend. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!

Dawn is an amazing realtor! Hard charging and very knowledgeable, she kept us informed in every facet of our home buying experience. We had the best experience with Dawn, not only is she an amazing agent but it felt like we gained a lifelong friend in her. Her service is top notch, and she was readily available at a moment's notice. She knows her stuff and anything she doesn't she is right on it to find out. Even after our closing she was there for any questions.
